What video conferencing software do you use for classes?

I use generally use Zoom, however Skype and Tencent are also possible.

How can I safely pay for packages?

I send my students a personal invoice which can be paid online via a secure payment platform called Stripe. They will then receive a receipt by email. Students in China can pay using WeChat.

If I am not satisfied can I get a refund?

Yes, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your coaching, you will be eligible for a full refund, provided you have attended all the classes you have booked.

What happens if I have to cancel a class?

If you need to cancel a class, please let me know as soon as possible, ideally at least 48 hours before the class is due to start.

Missed classes and classes cancelled within 24 hours of the lesson start time cannot be rescheduled. This does not apply in the case of medical emergencies, natural disasters, family bereavements etc. Should such a situation occur, please contact me at your earliest convenience.

Are the classes recorded?

Students are welcome to have their classes recorded if they choose, on the condition that the recordings are not shared anywhere online.
